Through the registration link below, you can sign up for the EFPP Conference (Main Conference) as well as the Bunt and Smut Workshop (Satellite Meeting). Please read the description carefully before proceeding with your registration.
EFPP Conference (Main conference)
The registration fee for the EFPP Conference covers admission to the conference from 3-5 June and field excursion on 4 June, as well as coffee and lunch on these dates. Conference dinner can be purchased at an extra cost.
Bunt and Smut Workshop (Satellite meeting)
The registration fee for the Bunt and Smut Workshop includes admission to the workshop from 1-2 June, along with coffee and lunch on these dates, and conference dinner on 1 June.

Participants from Sweden
Participants from Sweden can choose to pay either by credit card or invoice. Invoices will be sent as electronic invoices (e-faktura) when possible, or as PDF attachments via email.
Participants from outside Sweden
All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish Krona). Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer (invoice). Bank transfer is available until 16 April 2025.
Invoice for bank transfer
Upon selecting this payment method, an invoice with bank transfer details (such as bank account number, IBAN, etc.) will be sent. The invoice is generated manually and is typically sent within a few days of registration.
The participant/payee is responsible for any bank charges or fees related to the payment.
Credit card payment
We accept the following credit cards: VISA and Mastercard.
For your security, our payment system is integrated with 3D Secure to protect online transactions. Your card must be enrolled in Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode. If you’re unsure whether your card is connected, please contact your bank for confirmation and guidance on how to enroll.
According to Swedish and EU legislation, 25% Swedish VAT will be added to all registration fees. This according to EU legislation and regulation for conferences and events (C-647/17, EU:C:2019:195, of 13 March 2019 and Article 53 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2016) VAT is paid in the country where services are rendered, e.g. the country in which the conference takes place.
Exception: Swedish participants from governmental public sector organizations “statliga myndigheter” (e.g., universities, governmental agencies): No VAT will be added. In this case, you must choose Invoice (Swedish billing address only) as the payment mode and provide the VAT number of your employer.
For payment by credit card, VAT will always be charged, also for participants from “statliga myndigheter”.
Cancellation and Refund
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact the conference secretariat. This will also help the conference minimize food waste.
- Cancellations received by 30 April 2025: A full refund will be issued, minus a cancellation fee of SEK 750.
- Cancellations made after 1 May 2025: No refunds will be provided.
- Cancellations of the conference dinner only are non-refundable.
- If you cancel an unpaid registration, a cancellation fee of SEK 750 will apply.
Change of Name
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to someone else at no additional cost. Please contact the conference secretariat if you wish to make this change.
